Delivery Policy

Coverage

We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders inside Dhaka are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days; other districts take 2 to 5 working days depending on the courier.

Charges

Delivery charges depend on weight, size and destination and are confirmed before dispatch. Large equipment such as turnstiles, barriers and baggage scanners is delivered by dedicated transport and quoted separately.

Receiving your order

Please check the package in front of the delivery person. Report any visible damage immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Installation

If you have purchased installation service, our engineers will contact you to schedule a site visit after delivery.
