Welcome to Tech Solution Bangladesh. By placing an order on tech-solutionbd.net or with our sales team, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice because of supplier pricing, exchange rates or import duties. An order is confirmed only after we verify stock and send you a confirmation by phone, WhatsApp or email.

2. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (within our delivery coverage), bank transfer, bKash, Nagad and card payments. Corporate customers may request a quotation and pro-forma invoice.

3. Regulated products

Two-way radios, repeaters and satellite phones are regulated by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). Buyers are responsible for obtaining the required frequency permit or licence. We can assist with the application process.

4. Installation and services

Installation, configuration and maintenance services are quoted separately unless stated on the invoice.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from product downtime or misuse.
